I served this dish with my dumplings. It is very easy to make it. I inspired from Chinese cooking.
Ingredients
8 oz / 225g bok choy chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp fresh gingerroot chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation Method
In a preheated wok or deep pan, heat the oil and stir fry the garlic, gingerroot and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
Over high heat toss in the bok choy and soy sauce and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
