Breakfast Crepes

 I prepared breakfast for Tolga and Esmeralda. They loved it:) This crepe recipe is from Costco cookbook. The website is,

 It was very good recipe.

Ingredients  
3/4 cup whole wheat flour or all purpose flour 
3 tbsp sugar 
pinch of salt 
3/4 cup skim milk 
2 large eggs beaten
2 tbsp butter plus more for frying
Hersey's chocolate syrup for garnish
Confectioners sugar for serving


Preparation Method

In a mixing bowl, blend flour sugar and salt. Gradually whisk in milk. Add beaten eggs and continue mixing until the batter is smooth and creamy, with no lumps. And then melt 2 tbsp butter add the bater and mix thoroughly.
Heat a small pan over medium heat. brush the pan lightly with butter or oil ( repeat for each new crepe).
Pour 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and tilt to spread evenly. Cook until golden brown flip over and cook the other side is browned.
Serve with your choice of garnish.
