Fruit salads are my favorite. They are light delicious and easy to make. This recipe is from cookbook called 30 minutes or less Sweet treats.
Recipe used pineapple but I had mango so I used mango.
Ingredients
1 papaya
3 mango
1 small cantaloupe
2 oranges
3 bananas
grated zest and juices of 1 lime
2 tablespoon sugar
Preparation Method
Cut all the fruits small cubes. Arrange all the prepared fruit on a serving platter. Mix the grated lime zest and juice and sugar in a bowl. Pour the salad and serve.
