My inspiration about this recipe is from cookbook called Great taste low fat Chicken breasts. I marinated chicken breasts 8 hours. It was very delicious.
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp grated lime zest
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper
2 chicken breast cut each breast two pieces
Preparation Method
In a large bowl, put all the ingredients except chicken. Mix them well. Add the chicken toss well. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Preheat the broiler and broil each side 10 minutes or the chicken cooked through.
