I made up this pasta salad. It is very healthy dish.
Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 lemon juice
1 head broccoli cut into florets
1 red bell pepper cut small pieces
1 cup mushroom
2 small zucchini sliced
1 cup pasta cook according to package direction
Preparation Method
Mix all the vegetables with olive oil salt and pepper. Roast the in the oven 45 minutes.
Mix with cooked pasta and add lemon juice.
