Tomato Salsa

This recipe is from  cookbook called 1000 low fat.

Ingredients
6-8 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves coarsely chopped
3-4 fresh jalapeno finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
3-4 scallions finely chopped
1 lime
salt
Preparation Method
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until required.
