Turkey Loaf with Zuchini and Carrot

I found this  recipe  from progresso  bread crumbs box. I made some changes added zucchini and carrot. I made with turkey instead of meat.  Recipe was 1 cup of milk but I used half cup of milk.
It come out very good. I tried it first time and I like it.
 

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon worcestershire  sauce
2tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
4 clove garlic
1 egg
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 small onion
1 cup grated zuchini
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation Method
1- Heat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
2- Spread mixture in ungreased  8x4 or 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread ketchup over.
3-Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pan
