Fish baked with lime

This recipe from book called Perfect Mexican. It is a Paragon publishing book.
This recipe is very easy to make. I didn't change any ingredient in this recipe but I pickled the jalapeno pepper at home and I increased the amount of the  ingredients.

Ingredients
4 pieces tilapia  fish or white fish
salt and pepper
1 lime
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 large onion finely chopped
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
2-3 pickled jalapeno pepper
half cup choped fresh cilantro
lime wages to serve

Preparation Method
Preheat oven  to 350F. Place the fish fillets in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the fish.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onion mixture and a little of the jalapeno pepper and cilantro in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Arrange the fish on top. Top with the remaining onion mixture peppers and cilantro.
Bake in the oven  for 15-20 minutes, or until fish cook.
