Chicken And Sesame Stir-Fry

I found this recipe from book called "The food and cooking of Thailand" by Judy Bastyra and Becky Johnson. Recipe used duck and I changed to chicken and I added ginger.  It is very good recipe and easy to make. I recommend it to everyone.

 Ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast
1 1tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 garlic gloves
small pieces ginger chopped
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
4 fl oz cup water
1 heat broccoli, cut into  small florets coriander
( cilantro)
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

Preparation Method
1- cut the chicken  into bite size pieces and mix with 2 tablespoon light soy sauce. Heat oils in a wok stir fry the garlic and ginger over a medium heat until it is golden brown. Add the chicken to the pan and stir -fry for a further 2 minutes, until the meat begins to brown.
2-stir in the chilli flakes, fish sauce, soy sauce and water. Add broccoli and continue to stir fry  for about 2 minutes, until  the chicken is just cooked through.
3-Serve on warmed plates, garnished with coriander and sesame seeds.
