This recipe is from cookbook called Perfect Mexican. I never had pineapple and mango salsa. I love the taste.
Ingredients
1/2 ripe pineapple diced
1 ripe mango diced
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tsp brown sugar
Juice if 1 lime
1-2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 large tomato seeded and diced
salt
Preparation Method
Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Stir again before serving.
Sounds perfect.
