Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4-6 tbsp coarsely chopped pickled
jalapeno chilies
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
salt
Preparation Method
To make the jalapeno salsa, place the onion in a nonmetallic bowl with the garlic , chilies, lemon juice, and cumin. Season to taste with salt and stir together. Cover and chill until required.
