Blueberry Oat Pancakes with Fruit Topping

My mother in law visiting so I wanted to have nice breakfast with her this morning. I picked this recipe from Costco cookbook called Smart cooking the costco way.I changed the toppings.
It is outstanding pancake recipe. We love it.

Ingredients
3/4 cup low fat milk
3/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter melted
1 cup blueberries washed
chopped walnut for garnish
bananas and strawberries
drizzle maple syrup

Preparation Method
in a large bowl,mix together milk, yogurt, oats and oat bran. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Gently stir eggs into oat mixture. Stir in dry sifted ingredients, honey and butter. Set batter aside.
To prepare the fruit topping cut bananas and strawberries small pieces.
Drop batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto a greased or nonstick griddle heated to medium-high. Dot the tops of the pancakes with blueberries. Cook until tops are bubbly and edges appear cooked. Flip over and cook the other side. 
Top the pancakes with fruits and drizzle maple syrup.
