Sauteed Alaskan Salmon

This recipe is from Costco cookbook. It called Smart cooking the costco way.  http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/2010cb#pg1
 Ingredients
2 pieces Alaskan salmon
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp capers drained
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup dry white wine chardonnay
3 cups cooked rice

Preparation Method
Lightly dust fish with flour and set aside
Heat oil in a large saute pan overmedium -high heat. Place pieces of fish into the pan and cook until lightly browned. Remove fish and keep warm.
Add onion, celery, capers, garlic, vinegar, wine to the pan. Reduce  the heat to low. Place to fish on top , cover and simmer very gently until  the fish is cooked.
Transfer the fish serving plate and serve with rice.
