2 chicken breast pieces , cut small pieces with blender

Preparation Method
Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chili peppers and cook for about 1 minute.1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

Raise the heat to high cooked the chicken and then add the red bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, water and brown sugar and oyster sauce. Reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the basil and scallions. Serve over rice.
