Thai spicy chicken with basil

I used two cookbooks for this recipe. I combined them and then come up with new recipe. It worked very well. One of the cook book called Asian hot & spicy by Vicki Liley other one is Thai cooking by Kurt Kahrs.
Ingredients

2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbs grated ginger
4 red chili peppers, halved and seeded
2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 chicken breast pieces , cut small pieces with blender
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs water
2 tsps brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
6 scallions cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation Method
Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chili peppers and cook for about 1 minute.
Raise the heat to high cooked the chicken and then add the red bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, water and brown sugar and oyster sauce. Reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the basil and scallions. Serve over rice.
