Rice Noodles with chicken and vegetables

I inspired from Chinese cooking and created this recipe. It was very delicious.

Ingredient
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 white onion  sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 carrot shredded
1 cup cabbage shredded
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 red bell pepper cut very thin matchstick
2 eggs scrambled small chopped
1 chicken breast shredded
10 oz rice vermicelli
Sauce
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

Preparation Method

Cook rice noodles following package direction. Rinse with cold water and mix with 2 tbsp sesame oil to keep noodles separate.
Stir fry garlic, onion in oil until fragrant. Add chicken and stir fry until thoroughly cook. Set aside.
Add all the vegetables in to the pan stir fry 5 minutes. Ad then return chicken to the pan and add the noodles and mix stir fry 3 minutes. Add sauce and simmer until all are warm.
