Banana Bread ( with soy milk )

Another recipe with soy milk from the Silk soy milk website. Jeremy has potluck at work today. He took it to work but I tasted little pieces. It was so delicious. I have to make it again.
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
  3 eggs
 1½ cups mashed bananas
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup Silk Unsweetened, Original or Vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips, optional
Preparation:
Preheat 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Using an electric mixer, beat oil, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat until well blended. Add mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternating with Silk, ending with flour mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
