Fish burritos

This recipe is from cookbook called Perfect Mexican . I have been cooking from this cookbook and I didn't disappointed even ones. I love this cookbook. I changed the preparation method. we enjoyed eating this dish.

Ingredients
1 lb firm -fleshed white fish
(I used tilapia)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
pinch of dried oregano
4 garlic cloves
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 flour tortillas
2-3 romaine lettuce leaves,
shredded
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
I quantity salsa cruda
lemon slices, to serve
Preparation Method
Season the fish to taste with salt and pepper,then place in a pan with the cumin, oregano, garlic.
Add olive oil to the pan and cook the fish 3 minutes each side. Place in a plate sprinkle with the lemon juice,  set aside.
Heat the  tortillas in a nonstick skillet, wrap tortillas in a foil as you work to keep them warm.
Arrange shredded lettuce in the center of one tortilla, spoon on a few big chunks of the fiss, then sprinkle with the tomatoes. Add some of the salsa cruda. Repeat with the other tortillas and serve at once with lemon slices.
