Banana muffins

This recipe is from cookbook called perfect muffins & bakes. The recipe has frosting but I didn't make it. I think that it is already heavy so I didn't make it  heavier. I love without frosting. It is very moist and delicious.

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
A Pinch of salt
  3/4 cup sugar
  6 tbsp milk
  2 eggs, lightly beaten
  1 stick butter, melted
2 small banana, mashed

Preparation Method
Preheat oven to 180 deg C/ 400F. Place medium-sized muffin paper lining in a 12-hole muffin pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
Combine milk, eggs and butter together in another bowl. Slowly stir into the flour mixture without beating. Fold in the mashed banana.
Scoop the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden brown. Place on a wire rack and leave to cool.
