Ingredients
1.50 lb jalapeno peppers
6-7 cloves of garlic
couple of leaf of fresh parsley
2 cups vinegar
5 cups water
3 tbsp salt
Preparation method
Wash and pierce peppers
Add salt into water and boil
Dip peppers into the boiling water and take out immedietly.
Put into jar with garlic and parsley
Add vinegar into salty water. Pour over the peppers until they are completely covered.
The peppers are pickled and ready to eat when they turn yellow.
