Glazed honey-mustard chicken

This recipe is from cookbook called Great taste-low fat. Recipe used chicken with skin but I didn't use the skin. It was very juicy and delicious with my changes.

Ingredients
3 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced shallot or onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 chicken breast


Preparation Method
Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except chicken.
Rub the chicken with  the mixture, and let stand about 15 or 20 minutes.
And then place the chicken on a rack in  a medium baking pan and bake  for 20 minutes.
I took out from the oven and put the chicken pieces cook top grill  and grilled 3 minutes each sides.
