Pica de gallo salsa

This salsa recipe is from cook book called Perfect Mexican. It is very easy to make.
Please double the recipe If you want to make for large group of people. 

Ingredients
3 large,ripe tomatoes
1/2 red onion, finely  chopped
1 large fresh jalapeno pepper chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper

Preparation Method
Halve the tomatoes, scoop out and discard the seeds , and dice the flesh. Place the flesh in a large, nonmethalic bowl.
Add the onion, chili, chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine. 
Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30  minutes to allow the flavors to develop before serving.
