Zeytinyagli fasulye ( Olive oil green beans )

This recipe is from my mom. It is very common Turkish food. We eat it cold and as a side dish.My mom use more olive oil.  I reduced the olive oil because try to make it light. 

Ingredients
1 lb green beans, wash the beans and trim both ends.
2 tablespoon olive oil ( more olive oil better taste )
2 medium size onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup water

Preparation Method
In an medium pot place the onion and garlic with olive oil. Cook them for about 5 minutes. Add the beans, sugar, salt saute them  5 more minutes and than add tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Cook 30 minutes. Green beans has to be soft. If needed you can add more water.
Let it cool and that place to serving plate. Drizzle olive oil over the plate.
