Kofte ( Turkish meatballs )

This recipe was from my childhood. My mom was making them and I learned from her. She cooks with ground lamb but I mostly cook with ground turkey. She is a great cook. It is very easy recipe. When I was at the cooking show with Emeril he told me that he will make them for me I was thrilled. He made some changes and it was delicious.
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 cups bread crumbs
1 big onion finely chopped
 1.15 lb ground turkey
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Preparation Method
In a large bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt and spices. Mix gently until well blended. Divide the seasoned meat into 8 portions, about 3 ounces each, and shape into 2 1/2- to 3-in oval patties. Flatten slightly. To a large nonstick saute pan over medium high heat, spray a thin layer of olive oil. Slide the turkey patties in one at a time. Cook for 10 minutes total, about 5 on each side.
