Cauliflower puree

 I didn't look recipe for this recipe. I thought that cauliflower  pure  should be like mash potatoes. I followed my mash potato recipe. It is very light because I used fat free milk and olive oil. If you prefer you can put half and half or whole milk and butter. I'm sure taste better.  
Ingredients
1 heap cauliflower, trimmed of leaves, florets roughly chopped
2 small potatoes chopped
1 cup water
1/4 cup fat free milk
4 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper

Preparation Method
Combine cauliflower and potatoes add water in a sauce pan, bring to a boil   over high heat.
Reduce heat to simmer.   Cook until cauliflower  and  and potatoes tender. 
Water has to dissolve. Add milk and olive oil and mash with hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
